These terms apply to your use of the CustomWorks Studio website (customworks.studio) and to the text messages you agree to receive from CustomWorks Studio, Inc. ("CustomWorks Studio", "we", "us"). By using this website or agreeing to receive our text messages, you accept these terms. The use of our apps by our clients is covered by each client's own agreement with us.

Text-message program

Program name and description

CustomWorks Studio Messages. When you tick "Yes, text me about my inquiry" on our contact form, or otherwise give us your written consent, we may text you at the mobile number you provided about your inquiry and the services you use: replies to your questions, follow-ups on your inquiry, appointment reminders, and messages about services you sign up for. We do not send marketing text messages.

How to opt in

You opt in by ticking the text-message box on our contact form and sending it. The box is never ticked in advance, and the form can be sent without it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and the services you use.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile phone plan. We do not charge for our text messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message from us. We will send one message to confirm that you are unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive any more text messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START or opt in again on our contact form.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this website

The content of this website, including its text, images, logos and design, belongs to CustomWorks Studio or is used with permission. You may view and share it for your own information, but you may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.

Please do not misuse the website: do not try to break into it, overload it, or send spam or harmful content through our contact form.
